David is Head of CCi’s Middle East & Asia operations. He has over thirty-seven years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry. He is masters qualified from Kings College and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Barrister.
David has major projects experience across Middle East, Far East and Africa, and is regularly instructed as an expert witness in matters of quantum and quantity surveying in building and civil engineering disputes.
