Mr. Alan Purbrick is the founder and CEO of CCi. His background is in construction, engineering, and project management. By profession, he is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Building Engineer and has over 25 years experience in global construction projects. As a forensic analyst, programme, and cost management consultant and expert witness.

Mr. Purbricks’ reputation for effectiveness and results is highly regarded. He has helped develop project monitoring for underwriters, which has been utilised on key projects around the world, including the 2012 London Olympics, New Istanbul Airport, Jamnagar Refinery, Goethals Bridge, and Freeport LNG. Mr. Purbrick has undertaken consultancy roles on many key insurance losses around the world in the last 20 years and expert witness roles on a number of high-profile DSU and BI losses worldwide. He has appeared as an expert witness in the United States (US), United Kingdom (UK), and Caribbean.

Mr. Purbrick appeared as an expert delay and cost professional in the Technology & Construction Court (TCC) in London, arbitrations in the US, and has been involved in the largest time delay claims throughout the world, including US, Taiwan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Europe, Australia, Chile, Brazil, India, and Oman. Widely held by the global insurance market as one of the few delays in startup and business interruption timeline experts operating today. Mr. Purbrick is widely experienced in many sectors including construction, civils & major infrastructure, residential & commercial, education, stadia, power, and energy.
