Ben is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ work experience in UK and Australia. He has an excellent understanding of legal and contractual matters and extensive experience in procurement and tendering.
Ben has managed large and complex projects and has extensive knowledge in budget control and forecasting along with management of post contract claims.
Working as part of a wider organisation with Contract Managers, Project Managers and Site Administrators, Ben is excellent in providing advice, mentoring and possesses a strong work ethic and good communication skills.
He has the ability to identify problems, analyse, and provide solutions. He is highly proficient in the use of relevant software packages to carry out his job effectively and efficiently.
