Blessing is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience on a range of major complex large scale projects and variety of sectors including Building, Civil, Infrastructure and Mining. In which, 14 years of experience have been gained working for Tier 1 contracting organisations.
Blessing has been responsible for administering various forms of contracts and has extensive experience in providing advice on commercial and contractual matters, including head contract administration, commercial management, subcontract management, change management and claims management.
Blessing has experience in preparation and defence of extension of time, prolongation, disruption, prelim thickening/management of change claims and providing advice on contractual positions and entitlement with an understanding of the dispute resolution process.
