Charlie is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the Ohio State University. He has nearly 10 years’ of experience in the construction, insurance, and engineering industries. Charlie has a vast knowledge of delay and schedule analysis pertaining to Delay in Start-up (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI) endorsements stemming from Builder’s Risk Insurance Claims.
Charlie has been an integral part of teams producing expert witness reports in mediations, arbitrations and litigations stemming from these claims. Additionally, Charlie has extensive technical knowledge of construction and engineering within the industrial, residential, energy, and transportation sectors.
