  • Experience of the procurement and commercial management of building, civil engineering and process / MEP services projects on the basis of drawings and specifications, schedules of work, bills of quantities or approximate quantities, schedules of rates, daywork rates or on a reimbursable basis. Lump sum or GMP forms of procurement.
  • Experienced with Govt. Contracting including GSA and Military Contracts as well as multiple US State or County contracting forms.
  • Experience of industry standard or bespoke contracts and collateral documents across AIA, Consensus Docs, AGC, JCT, FIDIC, NEC and variants including traditional, design and build, GMP, EPC, and framework models.

Neil has worked in and had project experience in many countries in Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and the Americas. He has lived and worked in the US since 1985.
