Ian is an experienced Project Planner, benefitting from a background that varied across many sectors of the built environment. Performing duties that include establishing summary and detailed schedules for FEED and EPC projects, period reporting including earned value analysis, subcontractor management, construction schedules, critical path analysis, resource profiling, forecasting and schedule interface management.
Ian has a detailed knowledge of experience of conducting delay assessment on Delay In Start-Up (DSU), Advance Loss of Profit (ALOP), Advance Business Interruption (ABI), Construction All Risks (CAR), Erection All Risks (EAR).
Benefiting from an analytical approach to timeline review, logically scrutinising contemporaneous project records and practically critiquing the effectiveness of contractor’s project management processes.
