Lee is a legally qualified Chartered Builder and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 29 years’ experience in the building and civil engineering sectors. A specialist in construction dispute resolution and avoidance, final account preparation and valuation issues ranging from prolongation claims, disruption, loss and/or expense and claims for extensions of time.
Lee has acted for Main Contractors and Subcontractors as Referring and Responding Party in adjudications and has assisted in numerous Expert Witness Expert Witness commissions both in the UK and International. Lee has also been instructed by solicitors to act as Quantum Expert. For the last 5 years Lee has been responsible for leading a team in the delivery of professional services, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Building Surveying and Dispute resolution/avoidance.
