Martin is an experienced Building Services Engineer (MEP) and Expert Witness. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Healthcare Engineering & Estate Management with over 35 years’ global experience within the design and construction industry, with broad knowledge of various building projects in both the private and public sector, including significant experience in healthcare, industrial and engineering manufacturing, commercial, education, leisure and MOD / public sectors in global markets. Martin has worked to many international standards including US and UK standards. Martin has a clear understanding of the requirements associated with the delivery of projects, particularly interpretation of a client’s brief, the level of details expected and required for different forms of contractual engagement and the consequences of different approaches. He has in depth experience and knowledge of the cradle to grave process and prerequisites necessary to achieve a successful outcome to projects. Martin has been guest lecturer and examiner at Qatar University, Ladies School of Architecture.
