Ms. Pamela Acio is a Senior Associate Director in CCi’s New Zealand office. She has 25 years’ experience in contract and commercial management. Ms. Acio has worked for major global contractors and has been involved in building and infrastructure projects of varying complexities which include tunneling and rails, oil and gas infrastructure, residential and mixed development, environmental improvement works. She has assisted appointed experts in the preparation of expert reports and formulation of strategy during the arbitration process for a number of high value and complex projects in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and South Africa. Ms. Acio has provided independent advice to stakeholders in the construction industry on the identification and management of contractual risks for the various stages of the project works, disputed claims, and managing inequitable contract terms. She holds a degree in Law and Architecture, and an advanced diploma in Quantity Surveying.
