Sean has experience in both the public and private sectors on a diverse range of projects varying from rail, freight, utility services, light rail, infrastructure, heavy civils, high rise construction, residential, retail, health care, water, reservoir/embankments, asset management and mining/tunnel projects.

Sean is proficient with various forms of contract and is experienced in a range of procurement and project delivery models including traditional lump sum, design and construct, management contracting, alliancing, public-private partnerships, and joint venture schemes.

In addition, Sean has broad experience in procurement and tendering, dispute resolution, contract administration, claims management, contract production and negotiation.

As a chartered professional in both quantity surveying and construction management, Sean sits on the panel of assessors in Australia evaluating candidates who are striving to become professionally qualified members of the RICS in the quantity surveying and construction provision.
