In particular, she has prepared, analyzed, and reviewed construction liability and damage claims, equitable adjustment claims, and insurance claims involving Subcontractor Default Insurance, Builder’s Risk, Commercial General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, and Business Interruption.
