With claims consulting experience including Delays analysis, liquidated damages, extended general conditions, acceleration and mitigation, loss of productivity, entitlement and damages, risk assessments, subcontractor defaults, and construction defects in commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, office, institutional, entertainment, and recreational facilities, and public and private projects. In particular, she has prepared, analyzed, and reviewed construction liability and damage claims, equitable adjustment claims, and insurance claims involving Subcontractor Default Insurance, Builder’s Risk, Commercial General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, and Business Interruption.
