Alan is renowned for thought leadership on claims management of complex losses and regularly speaks on the subject at high profile insurance industry events.

Aime is Managing Director of Technical Services with a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering and a BEng (Honours) in Civil Engineering. She is a published author and advisor to the International Maritime Organisation.

She has provided forensic reports and expert witness testimony for international arbitration’s and has worked in both the consulting and insurance sectors.

Andrew is the Regional Director for the Middle East. He has over 27 years construction experience, 7 years with Laing Construction in the United Kingdom followed by 10 years with international contractors mainly in the Middle East and Caribbean and the last 10 years practicing as a delay expert based in the UAE.
Andrew is also engaged in broader consultancy work providing a mixture of front-end construction planning advice, project audits and delay analysis for claims in local courts and arbitration.

Andrew leads our team of quantum experts in the UK. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a BSc in Quantity Surveying and FCIArb.

Andrew has over 40 years’ experience in construction and engineering and is a quantum expert having provided oral testimony and has been cross examined in the Technology and Construction Court, the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) and in LCIA, ICC, SCC and domestic arbitrations.

Chris leads our team of delay experts in the UK.  He is a civil engineer with a HNC in Civil Engineering, ACIOB and ACIArb.

Chris has over 28 years’ experience in construction and engineering.  In 2006 Chris moved from contracting to consultancy to specialise in delay analysis and forensic planning.  Since then, he has been appointed as delay expert on over 60 occasions and has provided reports for use in Litigation, Arbitration and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Henry is the Managing Director of insurance services for North America. He specializes in providing claims consultancy services consisting of timeline delay analysis on large construction claims under builder’s risk policies, including those with Delay in Startup (DSU) endorsements, or timeline analysis for Business Interruption (BI) claims.

Henry has been retained on large insurance losses in all parts of the world and across a variety of sectors including energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, heavy civils, renewables and property. He is active in a number of insurance claims groups and has spoken at industry events and conferences throughout the USA.

Oliver has invaluable and far-reaching Insurance expertise and over 25 years’ experience working in the insurance industry. A market leader in Energy, Property and Construction, with a wide range of industry experience across multiple territories. Managing a portfolio of losses from US$1M to in excess of US$1B.

He also has been heavily involved in business strategy as well as product development.
