CCi Appoints Pietro Barone as Director – Cost Estimating

Capital Consulting International (CCi), a global leader in integrated time, cost and technical expert solutions to global insurance and construction industries is pleased to announce the appointment of Pietro Barone as Director - Cost Estimating.

With more than 16 years’ experience cost estimating within the oil and gas industry, Pietro stands as a seasoned expert. His comprehensive skill set encompasses full life-cycle cost estimating, budgeting, cost management, project planning, design, risk analysis and benchmarking data documentation. Pietro brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the CCi team in establishing reliable greenfield and brownfield cost estimates, ensuring schedule integrity, and outlining cost expenditure profile statements.

In his role as Director – Cost Estimating, Pietro will play a crucial role in providing (Re)insurers and Loss Adjusters with reliable early cost estimates. With a deep understanding of project management principles and an extensive background in cost control and estimation, Pietro will lead the company’s efforts in optimising claims experiences and managing cost expectations.
