Mr. Alex Daniels is a highly experienced commercial adviser with significant international experience working on major and complex claims and losses in the construction and insurance sectors. He has worked in a number of different jurisdictions and has significant contract management, claims, and dispute resolution experience in a wide variety of civil and infrastructure projects. He has also practiced law in New Zealand and the United States, with particular experience in the power generation sector.
