Ms. Mia Santiago-Gacutno is a Civil Engineer and brings with her over 17 years’ experience in Asia Pacific and Middle East. She has worked for contractor, design and build, and project management companies and has project exposure on infrastructure, buildings, facilities management, interior fit-out, hotels, retail malls, and luxurious residential houses in the Caribbean.
Mia was involved in several high-end and complex projects managing a team of quantity surveyors for pre- and post-contract projects. She is highly skilled in software programs and applications such as, BlueBeam RevU and Planswift and utilising received 3D models in CostX, which increases her efficiency and speed of construction project management while significantly reducing schedule delays and risks.
