He has been appointed as expert in many construction sectors including; Civil Engineering, Manufacturing, and Buildings sectors such as Residential, Retail, Commercial, Transport, Hospitality etc.
Richard has advised clients and their legal teams on a wide variety of projects, including undertaking detailed complex quantum analysis of claims, preparing estimates for his expert reports and preparing joint statements in expert meetings.
The breadth of Richard’s clients is varied and includes private developers, major insurance groups, contractors, sub-contractors, design and management consultants and utility providers.
He has worked on projects based in many countries within UK and mainland Europe and the Middle East and provided expert services on projects with values from £1m to £1bn.
