Mr. Roger de Boehmler has over 40 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor and strategic facilities management consultant. He is a building fabric surveyor and expert witness for built assets across most private and public client sectors. Mr. de Boehmler has extensive international experience including 5 years working from Hong Kong.He has held Partner positions within international property advisor firms for over 25 years with professional team and business management responsibility.
He was Director General of an international property standards organisation supporting the application of data technology within the global property industry. His sector experience includes, corporate real estate, offices, central and local government, public housing, healthcare, retail and banking, commercial and residential, logistics and industrial, higher and further education, telecom and postal, railway and airport infrastructure, museums and historic buildings. He has worked alongside the complete range of building specialists including M&E and structural engineers, urban planners, master plan architects, investment agents and lawyers. Mr. de Boehmler is also a published technical author who has lectured on building survey technology and authored technical papers with the RICS on cost performance reporting.
