Roger has held Partner positions within international property advisor firms for over 25 years with professional team and business management responsibility. He was Director General of an international property standards organisation supporting the application of data technology within the global property industry.

Rogers sector experience includes, corporate real estate, offices, central and local government, public housing, healthcare, retail and banking, commercial and residential, logistics and industrial, higher and further education, telecom and postal, railway and airport infrastructure, museums and historic buildings.

He has worked alongside the complete range of building specialists including M&E and structural engineers, urban planners, master plan architects, investment agents and lawyers.

Roger is also a published technical author who has lectured on building survey technology and authored technical papers with the RICS on cost performance reporting.
