Mr. Roy Low is a Forensic Planning Consultant with over 16 years’ experience in the energy and construction industry, with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is a specialist in Project Controls, Planning and Scheduling, and Forensic Delay Analysis. He has been involved in a variety of Insurance Business Interruption (BI) and Delay Start Up (DSU) loss. He has also successfully delivered projects across a variety of construction sectors predominantly within the oil & gas, petrochemical, energy and power generation, renewables, automation, manufacturing industries in the Middle East / Asia, Africa and Europe. Mr. Low has great working knowledge with a wide range of planning and cost estimating software.
