Mr. SJ Lee has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, specialising in project controls and forensic delay analysis. As a Forensic Delay Analyst, he has conducted various delay analyses using methodologies like time slice window, time impact analysis, impacted as planned, and as-planned vs as-built.
Accumulating over a decade of experience in Singapore and Qatar, Mr. Lee has fulfilled diverse roles in planning and cost within the construction sector, including providing delay analyses for claims submissions, encompassing extension of time and quantum costs, and producing high-quality claims. He has assisted delay experts in ICC arbitrations and court proceedings, and is recognised as a seasoned delay expert, praised for meticulous attention to detail and assuming leadership roles.
Mr. Lee is an effective communicator, capable of persuading parties to align with his delay analysis results. He is well-versed in FIDIC contract forms, the Society of Construction Law Delay and Disruption Protocol (SCL), and Forensic Schedule Analysis 29r-03 (AACEI). Proficient in Primavera P6 planning software, SJ stands out for his comprehensive understanding and application of industry standards.
