Cheryl Lee

Consultant – Quantum, Western Australia

Cheryl joins the CCi team as a Consultant based in Perth.

Cheryl is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor holding a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Quantity Surveying from New Zealand and Malaysia. Cheryl offers over five years’ experience working on various building projects across Australia and New Zealand and has developed a comprehensive understanding of cost management, procurement, and tendering practices.

Cheryl plans to leverage her expertise in cost management, procurement, and tendering practices to maximise her impact in the team and grow professionally. Her enthusiasm, adaptability, and organisational and communication skills make her an asset to CCi, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Carrick Chin

Senior Consultant – Quantum, Western Australia

Carrick joins the CCi team as a Senior Consultant based in Perth.

Carrick is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with a diploma and bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He offers over five years’ industry experience and has consistently showcased his expertise on various projects in the mining, infrastructure and building sectors across Western Australia.

Carrick’s track record includes significant contributions to one of the largest lithium mines in Western Australia, where he played a pivotal role in project progress tracking, reviewing contractor claims, contract administration and auditing.

With a proven track record of successful project involvement, Carrick brings with him valuable insights and solutions, ensuring that CCi’s projects are delivered to the highest standard. His dedication, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will make him an asset to the region.

Maha Alotaibi

Associate Consultant, Saudi Arabia

Maha joins the CCi team as an Associate Consultant based in Riyadh.

Maha is a highly motivated recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in law and political science. Post bachelor’s degree, she has spent the past year gaining valuable hands-on experience working through internships in legal research and contract administration within the government sector.

Maha’s dedication to continuous learning and professional development aligns perfectly with our company values. We are excited to support her career growth and provide her with opportunities to expand her skills and knowledge within our organisation. With her enthusiasm and commitment, we are confident Maha will significantly contribute to our Middle East region.
