CCi announced today that Lee Simões, a leading quantum expert, has joined the team as Managing Director, MENA.

Lee is a professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 27 years experience, he is consistently appointed as an Expert Witness and has testified at Arbitration hearings.  He specialises in providing Expert Entitlement and Quantum reporting, claims evaluation, claims and risk analysis advice and contract and commercial management advisory including procurement strategy. He offers impressive experience on a diverse spread of regional projects including dredging/land reclamation, infrastructure roads and networks, residential, offices, hotels, retail malls, sports stadia facilities, airport facilities, hospital, education and conference centres.

Prior to joining CCi, Lee has held positions in the Middle East for construction consultancy practices up to Managing Director level where he successfully led teams advising Government, Developers, Contractors and Sub-contractors on the evaluation of quantum including delay/disruption, claims preparation, disputed variations, and contract administration matter. 

Lee will join CCi’s global practice of Expert Witnesses and strengthen our integrated service offerings to Insurance, Construction and Engineering sectors
