Mr. David Murray is a commercially astute professional with over 35 years experience in the construction and civil engineering industry across the UK, Asian and Australian markets. Mr. Murray’s industry experience includes contractual and commercial advice, commercial management, quantity surveying, claims management, dispute mitigation and resolution, financial reporting, project auditing and reviews and cashflow management. He has acted as a Tier 1 commercial lead on significant Government Infrastructure tenders across civil and rail and metro projects. Through this interaction, Mr. Murray has developed a clear understanding of the perception of issues and drivers on both sides of the transactional fence.
