Mr. Andrew Cockle is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 24 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. Cockle has experience working in building, infrastructure, and civil engineering. He commenced his career working in engineering and topographical surveying, before progressing into quantity surveying and dispute resolution.
Mr. Cockle is experienced in the management and resolution of contentious projects including dispute avoidance and resolution, providing consulting and expert quantum advice, opinion, and reports. He regularly works alongside Legal Counsel and other Experts in providing expert opinion. Mr. Cockle has been appointed to the dispute resolution board of a large Joint Venture project. Alongside contentious workstreams, he has significant experience in providing commercial administration on large projects providing transactional advice on risk mitigation, price, and estimation and bespoke or amended terms and conditions.
