Mr. David Drljaca is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years experience providing professional services to property, infrastructure, natural resources, and energy sector clients. He has issued quantum expert and advisory reports to instructing solicitors, contractors and insurance providers pertaining to quantum entitlement, valuation, claim submissions, variation orders, disruption, and prolongation on multi-claim disputes. Mr. Drljaca has experience of mega-project, multi-claim disputes both in the UK and internationally and has provided advice concerning claim entitlement and quantum advice pertaining to contractor, sub-contractor, and employer disputes.
He has delivered internal and external seminars and mentored candidates undertaking the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors examination process. Mr. Drljaca has worked on major projects in the UK and internationally, advising clients on distressed projects and during formal dispute proceedings. He has produced quantum reports and had extensive exposure to litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation proceedings. Mr. Drljaca has knowledge and understanding of all the major forms of Contract which include, JCT, NEC, FIDIC and other bespoke forms. He is experienced in many sectors including Infrastructure, Building, Energy & Power, Oil & Gas and Mining.
