Mr. Matthew Thomas is a Civil Engineer with experience in civil, infrastructure and building construction works. His initial experience within the industry was gained in specialist marine and offshore construction and then moved on to more mainstream Civil Engineering and Building Projects. He has substantial practical, commercial and contractual experience gained from delivery of a variety of infrastructure, building and construction projects in the UK and overseas. His ability to proactively distil a contractual, commercial or operational claims issue down to a point of resolution and move forward, has led him to become increasingly involved in more contractually, commercially or operationally complex and sensitive matters. He works collaboratively with clients and has a proactive approach achieving resolution of both Quantum and Delay claims.
