As a Quantity Surveyor with 22 years’ experience in the construction industry, I provide expert quantum services to counsel, commercial and contracting organisations, supporting clients, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors across a broad range of sectors.

I have experience with large projects up to £4billion in value and extensive experience of UK statutory adjudication, working alongside or appointed by counsel in adjudication and litigation on numerous disputes, providing expert quantum opinion and reports.

Major construction project experience; Super Sewer London (£4bn), New Port London (£1.5bn), PFI Acute General Hospital Midlands (£0.5bn), Street Lighting PFI North of England (£0.3bn), HS2 (£0.2bn)

Detailed experience in construction contracts particularly NEC and JCT, with wide knowledge of IChemE, FIDIC, ICE, NR12 and bespoke forms of contract. International forms of contracts in Germany, Doha and Denmark.
