Mr. Sagar Mhetre is an experienced Forensic Delay and Disruption Analyst, providing expert advice on the resolution of time-related disputes. At CCi, he guides clients in navigating and resolving disputes stemming from project delays and disruptions, oversees matters related to planning and scheduling, and manages claims for large construction projects. Additionally, he offers expert advice to contractors and employers on optimising project planning and management
Mr. Mhetre has assisted world-renowned delay analysis experts in preparing expert witness reports for high-profile disputes involving major construction projects, which were administered by top arbitration institutions like the ICC, SIAC, and AAA/ICDR. He possesses extensive experience in preparing and reviewing delay, disruption, and acceleration claims, evaluating project progress, measuring productivity, and determining delay causes and effects.
Mr. Mhetre has worked on a wide range of public and private sector projects across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and North America, including power generation plants, power transmission lines, oil and gas, chemicals, mining, underground rail, tunnelling, highways, dams, airports, marine, and building construction projects. Previously, Mr. Mhetre held procurement and pre-contract management related positions on some of these multibillion-dollar projects.
Mr. Mhetre holds a master’s degree in construction management from NTU, Singapore and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
