Mr. Jon Ward has over 20 years experience in the global oil and gas industry predominantly within project controls. Jon’s is a mechanical engineer and who has extensive experience leading project control teams on major Greenfield and Brownfield EPC oil and gas projects. This valuable experience has equipped Jon with a structured, robust understanding and command of scheduling principles and practices applied across all phases of a project lifecycle together with a thorough working knowledge of techniques utilised within delay analysis. He has been appointed as technical expert and has been deposed on several large-scale losses during litigation in the United States of America.
