Suzanne Chinner

Suzanne has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry working on major projects in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

As a Quantity Surveyor, Suzanne gained solid and practical experience performing both pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying roles on various projects including schools, hotels, high rise buildings, a palace and refurbishment projects.

Suzanne also has extensive experience in claims and expert witness support and has been involved in all stages of the dispute resolution process, including supporting testifying experts at hearings. Suzanne’s experience as a claims consultant and expert witness assistant includes disputes concerning oil and gas, iron ore and mining, desalination plants, power plants, wastewater plants as well as various other construction projects.

Suzanne holds an undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying and postgraduate degrees in Construction Law and in Business Administration.

Master of Laws Degree in Construction Law and Practice (LLM)
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc)
