Ms. Suzanne Chinner is a Quantum Expert, Claims Consultant and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. As a quantity surveyor, Ms. Chinner has worked on various large-scale projects and has seen multiple projects through from concept stage to final accounts.
She also has extensive experience in expert witness support, quantum analysis, claims consulting and risk assessments on complex multi-billion dollar projects. Suzanne has adjudication, arbitration and litigation experience and has been involved in disputes at all stages of the dispute resolution process. As an APC Assessor, Ms. Chinner enjoys seeing candidates succeed in becoming members of the RICS. Passionate about dispute resolution, Ms. Chinner is also an aspiring Arbitrator and Adjudicator.
