With over 20 years’ experience in the construction and claims industry, Ms. Diane Milne has gained extensive knowledge in various specialisms including scheduling, critical path method (CPM) and procurement. Ms. Milne has worked across a wide array of projects in her career including oil and gas facilities, airports, educational establishments with sports and recreation amenities, office buildings (both new build and refurbishment), residential and hotel developments, railway maintenance projects and manufacturing plants. She has gained in-depth expertise in project sustainability liaison, developing awareness of waste reduction, supply chain management, material selection, energy efficiency, transportation, and actively promote social responsibility.
