Mr.Thilina Rathnayake has over 16 years’ experience in contractual, commercial, and claim management in Australia, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and South Africa. During this period, he has been involved in a number of projects including oil and gas, mining and mineral resources, airports, rail automation, water supply, power and energy, complex mixed-use development including commercial, residential, and retail. Mr. Rathnayake has experience with quantum analysis, construction dispute resolution, project controls, procurement, and commercial management. His areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, the valuation of variation, delay, disruption, suspension, termination, defective works, the cost to complete, and additional work claims.
