Mr. Khalil Abu Arja is a multi-disciplined construction professional with over nine years of construction claims and dispute resolution experience. He is an Engineer with management, financial, and construction law qualifications. Mr. Arja has been involved in preparing and defending contractual and commercial claims for subcontractors, contractors, consultants, and employers. In respect of insurance claims, he assisted in providing expert advice to insurance providers and loss adjusters. He is bilingual, with excellent written and oral abilities in Arabic and English. This skill, along with his legal qualifications, allows him to work closely with local and international law firms to provide technical construction advice on litigation disputes in the Middle-East Courts. Mr. Arja has assisted Quantum Experts and Arbitrators in arbitrations with seats in KSA, UAE and Jordan.
