Mr. Damith Vidana Gamage is a highly experienced contracts, claims, and quantum consultant who has worked on construction projects of up to US$2bn in value across the Middle East, South Africa, and Sri Lanka for almost 15 years. In addition to contracts and claims management services. Mr. Gamage has provided dispute resolution, arbitration support, and quantum expert services (as primary assistant to the lead expert) to major contractors in Qatar. Recently, Mr. Gamage also acted as a witness of fact in an arbitration proceeding between a leading international contractor and a government subsidiary in the Middle East.
Mr. Gamage holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying, where he graduated with first class honours. He further honed his expertise with a Master of Laws degree in Construction Law and Arbitration, achieving an overall distinction pass. His commitment to professional development is evident through his memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
