Ms. Chlenessa Masilungan brings to her function more than 13 years’ experience in the construction industry ranging from tendering, estimating to commercial management across number of projects including high rise buildings, casino, major rail and defence project. Her clients occupy both the private and public sectors, and she has worked with traditional, self-delivery and managing contractor models. She has experience from subcontract level up to commercial reporting to senior leaderships, as well as comprehensive working knowledge in managing and delivering maximum project value whilst monitoring risks and satisfying project objectives.
