Martina is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience working within both the construction industry and the oil & gas industry.
Martina has provided a range of consultancy services including advice on procurement, tendering, contract interpretation and contract documentation. Her employers and clients have included construction consultancies, scientific and research institutions, international petrochemical manufacturers, subsea services contractors, and subcontractors. Martina has worked on major projects in Ireland, the UK and internationally including projects in Australia, Africa and Antarctica.
Martina has used her technical experience in providing quantum assistance to experts in the preparation of independent expert reports on quantum analysis for variation, prolongation and loss and profit claims, in disputes between employers, main contractors and sub-contractors.
Martina has knowledge and understanding of all the major forms of contract which include JCT and NEC. She also has experience of LOGIC.
