Kevin is an accomplished commercial manager with 14 years of extensive live projects experience directing major onshore mechanical, marine and infrastructure projects with a value in excess of US$200m across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei).
Kevin has led teams in the preparation of variation, disruption and prolongation claims; dispute avoidance and resolution processes; cost management and reporting; and managed subcontractor claims on numerous challenging multi-million dollar projects from tender to final account. He has also gained exposure on different forms of alternative dispute resolution methods where he has prepared, defended and assessed quantum claims in several adjudications and litigations in Singapore and Australia.
