Ms. Siewuan Foo has 16 years experience in the construction industry. She has substantial experience in preparing various types of cost claims for contractual works, variation works, prolongation cost, disruption cost (loss of productivity), acceleration cost, delay mitigation cost and SOPA claims. She assists the expert witness in the preparation of quantum expert reports for both arbitration and adjudication. One of her primary tasks is to provide a thorough assessment of parties’ pleadings (claims and responses), including the evaluation and production of an independent cost assessment. She also assists the expert in producing time-related cost, including extraction and collation of cost information from accounting system and verification of actual cost. She liaises closely with the expert, the client’s legal team and the project team for information exchange and strategy planning.
