A chartered Engineer I have acted as the appointed expert for delay matters in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes in the UK and overseas for claimants and respondents. I have experience of all stages of major projects from inception through to close-out.
Major construction project experience: Nuclear, Rail, Roads, Tunnels, Heavy Civil Engineering, Process, Chemicals, Oil and Gas, Building (hotels, accommodation, fit-out, commercial) along with Waste to Energy Plants. Have worked extensively within NEC, JCT, GC Works, and FIDIC contracts, and with the German and French Civil Code and with numerous bespoke contracts sometimes based on the above.
Detailed knowledge of planning / scheduling software and its use in analysing project progress and delay.
