Ms. Jen Poon has more than 22 years of construction industry experience, working in quantity surveying, estimating, contract administration and claims management on a wide range of construction and engineering projects. Having gained substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Ms. Poon has since held senior positions in both contractor and consultancy companies in Singapore. She has extensive experience in assisting clients, legal team, the Expert in mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation. She also assists with the preparation of reports pertaining to the quantum and cost analysis of the work, the valuation of variations, and claims for loss and expense.
