Mr. Daniel Forde has over 15 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Project Manager. Mr. Forde has a BSc degree in Construction Management and an MSc in Quantity Surveying and is now a fully Charter Surveyor with the RICS. He administered a training and development programme for a previous employer to engage employees on qualification routes. Mr. Forde has sound experience working on projects under the NEC Option C contract. He has a mixture of claim disputes and estimating experience in infrastructure and has gained further experience in areas such as Corporate Real Estate and Residential Housing Sector procuring projects on Design and Build under JCT Contracts and working on Frameworks 1 and 2 Stage Tendering.
