Mr. Adrian Dobbie-Holman is a Quantum Expert Witness and has been instructed on litigation, adjudication and arbitration matters on projects including major highways and high-rise towers. He has 29 years experience and earlier in his career he led design, procurement, construction and management teams on numerous challenging infrastructure projects in Asia and the Middle East. He has prepared, defended and assessed delay and quantum claims on a wide range of projects including oil & gas, renewables, power stations, industrial facilities, airports, high-rise and leisure buildings, and specialist systems. The size and challenging nature of these projects, as well as the experience of managing disputes arising from global financial crises and pandemics, enables Mr. Dobbie-Holman to provide valuable advice to clients on a wide range of complex commercial, contractual, claims matters, and dispute avoidance and resolution.
