Ms. Laura Dent is a Civil Engineer with working experience in various markets including bridge renovation, heavy civil construction, oil and gas, crane lift calculations, and rigging design in the US and Internationally.
Prior to joining CCi, Ms. Dent worked on notable projects including the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge main cable inspection and Queensboro Bridge deck replacement.
Her certifications include ICC Structural Steel Bolting Inspection, AWS Certified Welding Inspection, Qualified Rigging Inspection, and OSHA 30 Hour Safety. Ms. Dent’s skills include expert report writing, schedule analysis software, and project coordination.
She has utilized her extensive field and technical knowledge to assist in the development of expert technical reports for various DSU Claims, BI Claims, and legal proceedings.
Ms. Dent is working with CCi to provide expert working knowledge pertaining to insurance claims associated with Delay in Start-up (DSU) and Business Interruption (BI) on behalf of the Global Insurance Market.
