Capital Consulting International, a Rimkus Company (CCi), a global leader in integrated delay, quantum and technical expert solutions to the insurance and construction industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sezgin Ozbilgin as Director and Head of Delay Expert Services in Asia.
Based in Singapore, Sezgin will focus on the expansion of CCi’s client base across Asia with a particular focus on delay expert services. He brings with him 17 years of experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of complex building and infrastructure projects. His expertise lies in on-site practice, specialising in implementing various project control techniques to ensure effective change management on large-scale construction projects as well as preparation and management of multiple schedules for simultaneous projects.
Sezgin is a highly regarded testifying delay expert witness having serviced project owners, main contractors, and subcontractors in relation to mediation, arbitration and litigation matters across both public and private sectors. He is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader in Construction – Quantum Delay & Technical in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022; a Global Leader in Construction Expert Witnesses in 2023; and a National Leader in Southeast Asia Construction Expert Witnesses in 2022.
