Capital Consulting International (CCi), is an international consultancy with an established reputation for its integrated quantum, delay and technical expertise; specialising in construction and engineering disputes and insurance claims, particularly in the energy sector, has launched a new office in Riyadh, the firm’s third hub in the Middle East.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in London, CCi has been active in the Kingdom for over a decade. To meet the increased demands for its services by clients in the Kingdom, CCi’s new office in Riyadh will provide consultancy services in the areas of integrated delay, quantum, and technical services related to major capital-intensive projects.
CCi has a successful track record of working alongside project owners, developers, contractors, and some of the most prominent local and international law firms in the Middle East in assisting with the preparation of complex technical submissions in multiple languages, including Arabic, during the resolution of disputes through amicable settlement or formal proceedings such as litigation and arbitration.
CCi’s in-house team of multilingual experts consist of highly qualified professionals who have practical knowledge of the construction and engineering industries gained through many years of hands-on experience in the management and resolution of disputes. The firm’s expert team comprises of multidisciplinary engineers, technical specialists, architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, and planning professionals.
Leading the Riyadh team is Mohammad Alashhab, a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators and a RICS Registered Expert Witness with over 11 years of international experience on a portfolio of major projects in the Kingdom and abroad. Mohammad specialises in the production and defense of quantum claims that include the valuation of prolongation, disruption, acceleration, inflation, variations, and back charges. He holds an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration, an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering and Management.

The new office, located at the Riyadh Park, is CCi’s third locale established in the last six months in the Middle East with further expansion plans to be announced soon.
