This collaboration is poised to establish a prominent role in the realm of international dispute resolution.

On October 31 2023, Deloitte Anjin LLC and Capital Consulting International (CCi) a Rimkus Company, a consulting firm specialising in global claims and dispute Resolution, headquartered in the United Kingdom announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a partnership to accelerate the joint effort to broaden service offerings in the insurance sector and to enhance their range of expert services.

They achieve this by harnessing the synergy between CCi’s proficiency in delay and quantum analysis, as well as its insurance-related consulting expertise within the realm of claims and disputes support. In parallel, they leverage Deloitte Anjin’s strengths in data analytics and forensic accounting capabilities.

Deloitte Anjin has been at the forefront of the industry, setting the standard for data analytics and forensic accounting since 2009. Notably, Deloitte Anjin has earned a strong reputation for its expertise in big data analytics, early case assessment, evidence management, and eDiscovery, all powered by cutting-edge forensic technology. These capabilities are extended to a wide range of industries including construction and pharmaceutical, where Deloitte Anjin consistently delivers top-notch services.

The Disputes Support Group of Deloitte Anjin is comprised of Korean experts and UK accountants with extensive knowledge and experience in both international/Korean construction projects and international arbitration cases. Additionally, Deloitte Anjin, as a holder of NCT (National Core Technology) certificate from the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy in Korea, is allowed to effectively handle and securely store data related to NCT across a wide variety of industries, including the construction industry.
