The synergy between CCi’s proficiency in claims analysis and Deloitte Anjin’s unique capabilities in data analysis and forensic accounting services has the potential to reduce corporate disputes and facilitate swift agreements. On October 31 2023, Deloitte Anjin LLC and Capital Consulting International (CCi) a Rimkus Company, a consulting firm specialising in global claims and dispute Resolution, headquartered in the United Kingdom announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a partnership to accelerate the joint effort to broaden service offerings in the insurance sector and to enhance their range of expert services.

By virtue of this MOU, Deloitte Anjin and CCi have empowered themselves to offer comprehensive solutions for averting international disputes among Korean corporations. They achieve this by harnessing the synergy between CCi’s proficiency in delay and quantum analysis, as well as its insurance-related consulting expertise within the realm of claims and disputes support. In parallel, they leverage Deloitte Anjin’s strengths in data analytics and forensic accounting capabilities.

CCi, affiliated with Rimkus in the United States, boasts a vast global presence with branches in more than 21 countries and a team of over 300 experts. The company stands at the forefront of the industry when it comes to analysing construction delays and quantum matters, offering effective solutions for intricate construction claims and insurance-related challenges. Additionally, Deloitte Anjin, as a holder of NCT (National Core Technology) certificate from the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy in Korea, is allowed to effectively handle and securely store data related to NCT across a wide variety of industries, including the construction industry.

The signing ceremony for the MOU was attended by Jaesung Lee, Group Leader of the Disputes Support Group at Deloitte Anjin, Stuart Baird, Vice President of Business Development at CCi, and other representatives from both companies.

Following the signing of the MOU, CCi and Deloitte Anjin plan to collaborate on various activities. This includes jointly hosting seminars both in Korea and abroad, as well as participating in global dispute events such as seminars organised by Global Arbitration Review (GAR) and London International Disputes Week (LIDW).
