Message from Sinead Waldron, Group Head of Human Resources

Adam joins the Sydney team as Director, he will lead CCi’s Australian claims consulting business.  Adam has an excellent reputation with tier one building and engineering contractors.  He has spent 25 years working with on a multitude of heavy civils, rail and building projects. 

Adam has experience across tendering, delivery, variations and claims, dispute resolution, insolvency, payment claims, payment schedules and Security of Payment Act requirements across Australia.  Adam offers a wealth of contracting knowledge across the APAC region, with his insights valuable to CCi clients as they look to forge better commercial systems. 

Gareth graduated as a Quantity Surveyor in 2011 and offers 11 years’ experience in the Australian and British construction industry on building and infrastructure projects. Gareth started his career in the UK within quantity surveying and more recently, has been working in contract administration roles on mega transport projects for tier 1 contractors.

Gareth is highly skilled in cost management, procurement, project estimation, contract management, risk / opportunity management and performance reporting / forecasting.  

Gareth will work with CCi’s contractor clients offering contract administration advice on major engineering projects. 

George has relocated to Sydney Australia from Newcastle, UK to enter into the next phase of his career as a Consultant. George completed his bachelor’s degree in English Language, and more recently has completed a master’s in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management.  He offers experience on complex civil infrastructure including water and has working knowledge of NEC.

CCi will support George as his career develops as a Commercial and Contracts Management consultant, George is interested to attain his membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and gain a rich understanding of claims and disputes. 

Nour Tarabishi

Nour joins CCi’s Middle East team to lead our Quality Assurance and Bid Management.  She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and Foreign Languages and a master’s degree in quality management.  Nour is fluent in French, Arabic, French and Turkish languages. 

Nour offers the team over 6 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Manager including developing QMS tailored to consultancy environments. She works with executives to implement Quality Assurance and Control processes and structures across different countries.

In addition, Nour also leads CCi’s Bid Management, she facilitates content production through the bid team and ensures the right quality across all proposals. 

Phil joins the Middle East leadership team  as a Director and Head of CCi’s Expert Services business stream across the region.  He is a Quantum Expert with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. He specialises in the preparation and valuation of variations; claims for prolongation disruption and acceleration, disputed accounts and counter-claims and damages.

For the past 18 years, Phil has been a consultant involved in claims, dispute and expert work on major projects in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East, South Africa, South America and USA.  Phil has experience across many sectors of the construction industry including power generation, water and sewage treatment, petro-chemical and process plants, roads, tunnels, rail and major commercial building.  He has been instructed on behalf of Employers, Engineers, Main Contractors, Subcontractors and JV Partners in dispute.

Phil has been involved in many different dispute resolution procedures including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, Expert Determination, mediation and DAB’s. Phil is an excellent mentor and is also focused on developing CCi’s future experts.
