Mr. Alec Wicht has 22 years of diverse experience in the construction industry and has been based in the Middle East region since 2017.
Mr. Wicht is a Delay Analyst and Claims and Contract Management Specialist with extensive knowledge of contracts, claims, disputes and delay on complex power generation, oil and gas and petrochemical projects throughout Southern Africa and the Middle East.
He specialises in delay analysis as well as claims and contract management and is known for his ability to prepare and defend claims. He is also proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project. Mr. Wicht is experienced in EPC, traditional, design & build, lump sum, re-measurable and other bespoke contract methodologies.
