Mr. Hugh Corrigan is a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer and a Chartered Project Manager as well as an accredited Adjudicator. He has over 30 years experience in design & engineering; procurement; contract management; project management of complex multidisciplinary and major national strategic infrastructure projects. He specialises in providing independent expert witness advice related to design and engineering, professional services, and construction delivery, as well as strategic project advice on contract & procurement strategy and assurance and governance issues.
Mr. Corrigan has experience in a wide range of market sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings; ground engineering, foundation, and contaminated ground; roads, bridges, and transportation; infrastructure; utilities and pipelines; power and energy; process and treatment, and water, environmental and maritime projects.
Mr. Corrigan has provided Expert Witness opinion on matters of engineering design, construction delay and workmanship, professional services including contract administration, construction management and project management related to infrastructure and building projects, through formal dispute resolution, expert advisory, and due diligence roles. Mr. Corrigan has provided evidence in various tribunals including public enquiry, court, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, land tribunal and tax tribunal.
