Mr. Phil Duggan is a Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. He deals with the preparation and valuation of variations; claims for prolongation disruption and acceleration, disputed accounts and counter-claims and damages. Mr. Duggan gained 12 years working experience with 2 of the UK’s largest multi-discipline construction and engineering contractors. In this time he carried out a full range of quantity surveying and commercial management functions on power station projects, water and sewage treatment works, petro-chemical and other process plants as well as major civil engineering projects across the UK.
